Refund Policy (Effective Date: 01.12.2025)TAB Digital (SIA “Network Operations Center”) is committed to delivering high-quality cloud and managed services. If our service does not meet your expectations, we offer a transparent and customer-friendly refund process, outlined below.
1. 30-Day Money-Back GuaranteeWe provide a
full money-back guarantee for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase for all new service orders made on our website.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within this period.
No explanation is required, but feedback is appreciated so we can improve our services.
2. How to Request a RefundTo request a refund, you must:
- Submit a cancellation request through your TAB Digital account panel, and
- Open a support ticket or email us at support@tab.digital with the subject “Refund Request”.
Refunds are typically processed within
5–10 business days.
3. Services Eligible for RefundThe following service types are refundable within 30 days:
- Nextcloud One packages
- Nextcloud (Private Cloud, Team, Business) subscriptions
- Workspace and SaaS services
- Managed Private Cloud instances (new orders only)
Refunds apply only to the
initial payment of a new service period.
Renewals and upgrades are handled separately (see Section 5).
4. Conditions & LimitationsTo protect both customers and TAB Digital, the following limitations apply:
4.1. Abuse or MisuseRefunds may be denied if:
- The service was used for activities violating our Terms of Service
- The account shows evidence of fraud, malicious activity, or abuse
4.2. Chargebacks and Payment DisputesIf a customer initiates a
bank chargeback instead of contacting TAB Digital for support:
- The service may be immediately suspended
- The account may be billed for any processing fees charged by the payment provider
- Future purchases may require additional verification or be declined
We strongly encourage
contacting us first — most issues are resolved instantly without unnecessary fees for either party.
5. Non-Refundable PaymentsThe following are non-refundable:
- Service renewals after the first 30 days
- Add-on purchases
- Fees charged by third-party payment providers (if applicable)
- Costs incurred by chargebacks, bank disputes, or manual processing
6. Refund MethodRefunds are issued to the original payment method when available.
If this is not possible (e.g., expired card), refunds may be processed via:
- IBAN bank transfer, or
- PayPal transfer
TAB Digital does not charge internal fees for refunds via IBAN or PayPal.
