Backup Policy

TAB.DIGITAL performs automated system backups for certain services to support operational recovery in case of technical incidents.
For Nextcloud Private Cloud Service and Nextcloud Business packages, automated backups are created once per week. These backups are intended for disaster recovery purposes and may be used to restore service functionality or data in case of system failure.
Backups are managed and maintained within TAB.DIGITAL infrastructure and are not intended to replace the Customer’s own data protection practices. Customers remain responsible for maintaining independent backups of critical data stored within their services.
Backup restoration requests may require technical verification and are performed on a best-effort basis depending on the nature of the incident and the availability of backup data.
TAB.DIGITAL does not guarantee the availability of specific files, versions, or restoration points, and backup services do not constitute a guaranteed archival or long-term data storage solution.
