Business Core costs €61 per month for the whole organization and supports up to 25 users with 1 TB of storage. At full capacity, that is €2.44 per user per month.
Do you offer a special nonprofit discount?
Business Core already uses a flat organization-wide price rather than charging separately for every user. Nonprofits can test the complete environment with a 30-day free trial. Contact us if you need a multi-year or custom deployment.
Do we need an internal IT administrator?
No server administrator is required. TAB.DIGITAL manages the hosted environment, updates, monitoring, and backups. Your organization remains responsible for its users, groups, permissions, and internal policies.
Can volunteers or partners access files without an account?
Yes. You can share selected files and folders using protected or expiring links. This is useful for external partners who do not need permanent access to the whole workspace.
Is the service GDPR compliant?
No hosting service makes an organization automatically compliant. The service is hosted in certified EU data centers and is designed to support GDPR-conscious organizations. A Data Processing Agreement is available for every Business customer.
Where can our data be hosted?
Available Business hosting locations include the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Sweden, and Latvia. Your organization can choose the location that best fits its operational and data-residency requirements.
Are Nextcloud Office and Talk included?
Yes. Business Core includes Nextcloud Office and Nextcloud Talk together with Files, Calendar, and Tasks.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. You can connect your own domain or subdomain and provide your staff and volunteers with a recognizable organizational workspace.
Can we migrate from Google Drive, OneDrive, or another Nextcloud?
Yes. Files can be moved using desktop synchronization, WebDAV, or Nextcloud migration methods. TAB.DIGITAL provides migration guides and technical guidance while your organization remains in control of the transfer.
